Stoked to be able to have taken part in this awesome event again this year!! Spinning funky disco beats at the Peace Arch border for the BC Ride To Conquer Cancer (bike journey from Vancouver to Seattle) is the heart and soul of what the people of Vancouver are about! 

 

I was one of the many sponsors for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation annual Walk to Cure Diabetes in Stanley Park, rockin' my DJ services for this amazing event for the second year in a row - a great day!!

 

A great event last Thursday night for BC Assessment! Today, I received a very nice (and unexpected) surprise as a thank you...

DJed some funky, downtempo lounge beats for Paradigm PR at the Art Gallery last night. The rooftop at the Art Gallery is probably one of the coolest venues in Vancouver - especially on a warm spring evening in the open air. It was during the big game, Canucks v. Sharks and amazingly there was a big screen TV beside me showing the game while the guests mingled :)

Hy's Steakhouse took over the Shore Club Restaurant for a staff party - I love this venue! The vibe, the decor, the food and the staff are all top notch. The party was going until well past 1am, impressive for a Sunday night in January - did I mention there was drunken karaoke involved?

Back to DJ at the gorgeous Shangri-La Hotel in downtown Vancouver for a corporate Christmas party, love it here! The cocktail reception and party were on the 6th floor in the Mallinson Room for 50 people. They had their own bar + outdoor patio and made absolute full use of the dance floor, in fact at 1am every single person was still boogying (which makes me very happy)...

Alas, Sulley from Monsters Inc. did not make an appearance but everyone else, including myself had a GREAT time!! An evening semi-formal affair at Brix Restaurant Yaletown and as expected, the food and service were amazing. Pixar Vancouver - thanks so much for choosing me to be your Christmas party DJ.
