I love food & I love a really good, warm, tasty risotto. If you love risotto there is only place you need to go in Vancouver. I was lucky enough to be back at Brix Restaurant in Yaletown this past Sunday to DJ at a wedding and I knew there was only one dish I needed...
First Course > Vine ripened tomato & bocconcini salad, sundried tomato-olive tapenade and organic greens
Main Course > Four mushroom risotto, locally foraged mushrooms, grana padano parmesan, asparagus spears, confit of grape tomato.
